Lily Wawrzon MS, RD, LDN
My name is Lily Wawrzon and I am a Registered Dietitian from Lisle, Illinois. My nutrition philosophy is that balance is best. A healthy lifestyle starts with balance in all areas, especially nutrition. With this in mind, I work with each of my clients to find what works best for them so that they can improve their health while still enjoying all the foods they love.

I first became interested in this field through my brother, Michael, as he was going to school for nutrition when I was a teenager. I started working in food service at a senior living community when I was 16 years old, which gradually expanded my knowledge of the industry. I then took my first nutrition class my freshman year of college and that is when I knew I wanted to pursue a career in this field. In 2023, I graduated from Illinois State University (ISU) with a bachelors of science in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics. I continued my education by completing my masters of science in nutrition and my dietetic internship with ISU in 2024. During my internship I gained 1000+ hours experience in sports nutrition, nutrition counseling, senior living and clinical nutrition.
I have been working part-time with Nutriquity as an outreach coordinator since 2019 and also spent a summer here as a dietetic intern. My contributions include creating recipe books, working at health and wellness events, developing social media content, and supervised client sessions. I am excited to begin seeing my own clients and working with them to meet their short- and long-term nutrition goals! My goal as a dietitian is to help my clients navigate the world of nutrition by finding the pathway that works best for them and their lives.
